Who doesn't love cinnamon sugar toast? Well this is a healthier version that tastes even better than the original!
Ingredients:
1 Ripe banana
2 pieces your favourite bread
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2tsp sugar (I use coconut palm sugar)
While your bread is toasting peel the banana into a dish and
mash it with a fork. Spread your mashed banana on your toast and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. That’s
it! Delish! Feel free to add natural peanut butter for another yummy option. My kids love it!
