Ingredients
1 frozen banana per serving
1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp. of milk alternative (I used full fat coconut milk)
1 handful of cherries per serving
1-2 tbsp. sliced almonds for topping
Make sure to slice up your frozen banana before adding it to the blender or food processor to speed up the process. Add your tbsp. of cocoa powered and a small amounts of the coconut milk and blend. Add more coconut milk depending on desired consistency. Once the banana is smoothed out add your cherries and pulse them into the mixture. Serve with slivered almonds and a cherry on top
