Tahini ginger dressing (Vegan)

3 tbsp tahini
½ avocado
1 inch of fresh peeled ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp agave
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-3 tbsp water

Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth and well combined. You may need to add more or less water depending on your desired consistency.
